PAWA RAFIKI is a dynamic non –government, side step- profit making, non-religious and non-political company that was established in 2003 by a group of locals from Mwanza region.

Our ideas can be call “Bridges for Innovation” aimed at building capacities of existing tourism attractions and many other destinations in Tanzania and in East Africa over time. Given the necessary required services and care for the Tourism Industry can be the best income generation towards the development of small and poor country like Tanzania.
 Providing internationally based Traveler agencies organizations with access to effective information resources on how to visit Tanzania, and training local Tanzanians in areas of common interest and creating a forum for sharing of areas of “best practice” within industry management, with guest speakers etc would allow them to serve their clients better.

Also aims to provide local community in the region with technical capacity on economic and business development, entrepreneurships, information and training support in the areas covering social/ human rights, legal advice and monitoring on fair use of donated funds. Through this work, PAWA RAFIKI targets to raise consciousness and increase self-confidence among local women and kids by having access to their productivity and decision making to the matters affecting their lives. PAWA RAFIKI is creativity team on designing various projects that will give an opportunity to young and talented people around Tanzania.

Zanzibar
Known as the "spice island", Zanzibar offers relaxation as well as adventure opportunities. White sand beaches, warm turquoise water, spice tour, scuba and snorkeling, Jozani Forest, and dhow boat cruises are just some of the fun activities on the island.

Mt. Meru
Mt. Meru is just shy of 15,000 feet and can be done in 4 days. It is a good warm-up for Kilimanjaro, or a nice trek for people who are short on time.
